ABOUT US
SoFlo Leak Detection was founded by Gustavo Herdocia. The company's focus and specialty is pools and fountains. They have worked in counties of Monroe, Broward, and Miami-Dade. They have been working with professionals and contractors in the pool industry and have established trust with retail pool suppliers, homeowners’ associations and hotels.
Deciding who to hire when you have a pool leak, could be a very difficult choice. That is why we feel that contracting a company that just specializes in finding pool leaks day in and day out would guarantee accurate results.

BUCKET TEST
How can you tell the difference between water evaporating due to heat or an actual leak? Perform the bucket test!
Follow these instructions below:
-
Fill your pool to normal operating level, mid-tile or mid-skimmer.
-
Fill a bucket with pool water —approximately one inch from the top— and mark water level
-
Place bucket on first or second step of pool
-
Shut off pump and mark pool water level on the outside of the bucket
-
Resume normal pump operations
-
After 24 hours, compare the two levels
